Who I am
This site is run by Khai Huynh, an independent consultant based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Questions about your data: huynhduongkhai@gmail.com.
What I collect
Analytics. I use Google Analytics 4 to see how people use the site: pages viewed, buttons clicked (for example “Book a free call”), how far you scroll, rough location (country/city), device and browser, and where you came from. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to tell visits apart. I don’t see your name, email or exact IP address in it.
Email. If you email me, I keep your message and address to reply and to follow up on the conversation.
Interest form. If you fill in the form, I receive your name, email, company or app name, the service you picked, your revenue range (if given) and any note. It’s delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service.
Bookings. Calls are booked through Cal.com. What you enter there (name, email, notes) is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with me so I can run the call.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver pages and stop abuse.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell your data, run ads on this site, or use it to build advertising profiles.
How long I keep it
Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, then deleted automatically. Emails and booking details are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask me to delete them.
Your choices
You can block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings, an ad blocker, or Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site works the same either way.
You can ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you: email huynhduongkhai@gmail.com and I’ll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
